Planning and design - At a time suitable to you, we will meet with you to discuss your current business position, which consists of your current marketing material, strategies and technology, and what your goals are. We will then provide you with a quote outlining our proposed products and services. We then create an initial concept for requested marketing material and website based on discussions from our initial meeting. You will be provided with a printed sample, and once happy and required payments are made, production will begin.

Marketing Material - Once printed, items will be checked to ensure print quality and specifications, and will then be personally delivered to you (in most cases, otherwise items will be mailed to you).

Website Development, Testing, Review and Upload - Once you are happy with a design, your website will be developed. We thoroughly test the site to ensure everything works and displays as it should. When we are satisfied with the website’s look and functionality, you review and test the site on a designated development site. A development site is not accessible to the public. Once your website has been signed-off for approval, it will be uploaded to the live internet.

Technologies - If you would like us to organise electronic equipment, hardware or software for you, payment is required prior to purchase. In most cases, we will personally deliver your items, and if installation had been quoted, installation and setup will be performed.
